Custom work and commissions

Commissions are made for you from the photos and details you provide. You can cancel for a full refund until we send your pencil layout. After layout approval, work has begun and the order cannot be refunded, but we will make reasonable changes to get it right.

Original paintings and kits

If an original or kit arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with photos and we will repair, replace or refund it. You may also cancel an online purchase of ready-made goods within 7 days of delivery for a refund, less the cost of return delivery.

Bookings and workshops

Deposits for live painting and paint parties secure your date and are refundable up to 60 days before the event. Workshop seats can be moved to another date with 7 days' notice.

Ready dates

The ready date shown at checkout is planned around our studio calendar. If anything outside our control affects it, we will tell you immediately and agree a solution with you.

Payments

Payments are processed by Paystack. Prices are in South African rand.
