Before you commission
How far ahead should I order?
Portraits and commissions need two to four weeks, depending on size. When you order you choose the date you need it by, and checkout tells you straight away whether we can make it. For weddings, order at least a month ahead to leave time for photos and layout approval.
What do I need to send you?
After you order, reply to the confirmation email with clear photos and any details: names, colours, flowers, wording. For portraits, photos taken in daylight with faces visible work best.
Will I see the painting before it is finished?
Yes. For portraits and custom pieces we send a pencil layout for your approval before we start painting.
